My advice is to research as much as possible.

I’m looking at buying in the food business. I’ve had restaurants in Australian and what sells in Thailand is something quick and easy to produce. Good taste and priced right.

Staff is very important as well.

Keep it simple and buy where the foot traffic is high.

Stay away from bars!!!
