Do you need a years transaction report for a first retirement visa/extension or just a second and so on extension ? Of so what does it need to show ? TIA.

You need the 800k in the day you apply for the initial visa, after that the money does the seasoning in that time, after that you get the extension.

You only need the money seasoned for an extension. I'm not sure if you can swap marriage to retirement extension.

If you are with Bangkok bank then there is what Tod posted yesterday about 4 months.

If divorced make sure you bring your divorce certificate.

Did you get the prompt for your email and have you read the terms and conditions agreement after the medical declaration? IIRC
