E visa applications applying for O-A Visa 2nd time applications at the Paris Thai Embassy.

This ONLY applies at this time to French Passport holders applying in France.

Second time applications for this visa, it is now mandatory and require 800,000 baht to be brought in to a Thai bank account. So anybody already holding an O-A visa obtained in France MUST now bring the money in to a Thai bank account in order to get a new O-A in France. The income method is no longer possible for these 2nd time applications.
