Depends if you were on a Visa Exempt entry... If that is the case, you are only normally allowed 2 Visa Exempt entries per year, but gimme a sec, I will try to find the Gvt website info
As Mr. Brandon mentioned, there are some very decent Serviced Apartments that will do daily, weekly and monthly rentals. Depending on where exactly you are going in Thailand, there are a few websites you can look at for rentals. An easy one is simply look for Facebook Rentals in the area you are going. Also, just do a key word search on Google and some rental websites will pop up. Shoke dee! = Good luck !
Totally agree, if you report it, there is a potential risk that the authorities will ask you to go quarantine under their umbrella which costs a fair coin and if A Symptomatic, insurance will Not cover. Play it safe and self isolate is the best option.
That is my branch also, so good to know about this... I would highly recommend making the head Office aware of this. Shoke dee na khrap! = Best of luck !
An dubious Employee of this nature looking for his own benefit at the banks expense is on the long run costing the bank big money. Gathering some evidence and reporting it to Head Office via email would be a good way to make sure this staff gets dealt with properly.
I am with Bangkok Bank as well as this is correct 100%... Charge for a Debit Card is only 100 Bahts. This is why they call it Amazing Thailand ;o) I am here in Hua Hin as well, so it would be helpful to know which Branch you had this kind of dubious dealings with? I would strongly recommend gathering as much evidence and making an official report to Bangkok Bank Head Office via email. If there is an option to keep your Complaint/ Report Anonymous while keeping the channels of communication open, I would do so. Please share which Branch in Hua Hin which you had these kind of dealings with... Thanks!
