TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses whether a Filipina girlfriend, who has resided in Thailand for over a year and has used four visa-free entry stamps, can return after visiting her home country. Comments suggest that her ability to re-enter is uncertain and dependent on immigration policies and the discretion of immigration officers, particularly due to her lengthy stay on visa exemptions. Some advice advocates for obtaining a proper visa rather than relying on the visa exemption system.

Sounds like she's abusing the "visa exemption" & will be made to get a visa in the future..

Up to IO. If they ever talked to her about this, it's recorded in the immigration system and she better follow their instructions.

A 60 day tourist visa is so easy to get and can be extended for 30 days. Why not just do it the right way

You asked this on other groups no one can answer this it’s up to the IO she’s stands in front of but I seriously doubt they’ll let her back in without a proper visa

What's her stay history? Did she max out the free stamps and get extensions? If so their days of waltzing in are numbered. Immigration will likely pull them aside for questioning.
