 if person afraid that person have covid, that test area is totally different place. Person who go to covid test don't risk any other person. I have being, so I know. It's recommend that if you feel sick you go to test.

 I have drivers license from my country and also international drivers license. Still my friend said rules changed this year. Maybe he is wrong.
