Very helpful info Tod. You helped me before regarding similar medical extension for major dental procedure. I’ve arranged for dentist to provide and signoff on justification letter, but I’ve been on Thai immigration website and it’s not clear to me which visa application to use for the medical visa. Would I use the standard 90 tourist visa application supported by all my documentation?

Thanks, I’m going for my first consultation middle of July and they’ve indicated they can provide documentation for me to take to immigration. Hopefully, 2 weeks prior to visa expiration will be enough lead time.
