Genius some airlines still require test 48 or 72 hours before departure. Still rip off hotel test and insurance. So what genius made the monumental changes? Not sure about Thailand pass

My wife and I came here in March on a 90-day visa, which is obviously good thru 7/31. I need to have dental work (implants) and am hoping I can get dentist to write me a note that will allow me to stay in Thailand during the 3-month recovery period. Dentist has said they will provide the documentation. Anyone have experience with this?
