It's definitely lost in translation from Thai.

My wife says in the Thai description, the immigration office needs a letter (or statement) to say why she wants me to stay in Thailand but she isn't sure what exactly needs to be written. 😅

Not sure if other immigration offices has the same requirement and if they do then hopefully someone can help. 🤞

I had to submit a TM30 signed by the property owner together with a copy of the property owner's ID card and the tabian baan page showing the owner's name.

Same my case except I entered on a tourist visa and was on amnesty until 4 days ago.

At first I tried applying for a marriage visa but was told by my local immigration office it can only be done outside of Thailand but thanks to the advice from this group, I applied for a 60 day family visitation visa and will work on a marriage visa closer to the expiration of my 60 days.

if u suay suay (touch wood) can't get any extensions and fly back to Spore after 26 Sept, you would have to pay for the cost of the quarantine in Spore. So get it sorted ASAP or else double whammy on your wallet. 😡

Singapore Embassy? TKK they will do anything to help. They will tell you fly home on the earliest flight before 26th Sept.

I was told the same thing yesterday when I went to apply for the 60 Day Family Visa.

The immigration officer told to come closer to the date or else it would be 'wasted' if I apply now since there is the amnesty in force.

Sorry I'm confused now about the source of the THB400K.

So if first time applying for a marriage visa the source must be from abroad to my Thai bank account (minimum 2 months sitting in my Thai bank a/c from date of application) but subsequent extensions it doesn't matter so long as you have that THB400K also minimum 2 months before applying for an extension on the marriage visa?
