Hi, I am going to Cheangwattana tomorrow to get a 60day extension based on visiting family (wife) on current 90 day entry (non O multi entry visa valid until November 26). I found the following requirements and just want to ask if I am missing anything...
* Passport (original).
* Photocopy of passport.
* Photocopy of visa and arrival card
* House certificate / copy of lease agreement at the condo you stay in.
* A signed copy of the home owner's ID card – if not your wife.
* Wife’s house book
* Wife's ID card
* Marriage Certificate
I am particularly interested in how important the signed copy of the landlords ID card is. I have asked for it but they live abroad so IF this is not requested I’d like to know.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on the documents required for a 60-day extension based on visiting their Thai wife, specifically asking about the necessity of a signed copy of the landlord's ID card. Multiple comments provide insights on required documents including a copy of a lease agreement, the importance of having their wife present, and additional paperwork like a Kor Ror 2 form, pointing out that requirements can vary by immigration officer.
