Hello guys, my uncle needs some visa advise.

Uncle is on Non O(spouse) married to Thai. Both kids are going to give up Thai citizenship when they reach 21 years old for Singapore citizenship. As Singapore does not allow dual citizenship.

What kind of visa do the kids apply for in the future and what are the requirements? If they want to continue their stay in Thailand but as Singapore citizenship.

Many thanks in advance

Hi everyone. I need help in finding out what to do. I have been married to a Thai citizen for 15 years now and we have two children. I finished a work contract last July and my Non-B visa was canceled end of July as well. I am now on the amnesty visa. The immigration officer suggested me to apply for a "60 days extension for visiting family". Is there any other type of visa I could ask? Because the officer told me that for the spouse visa, I need to get out of the country. I don't trust them that much because they already misled me into cancelling my non b visa and apply for spouse visa later when, actually, if I am not wrong, I could apply directly for a spouse visa without going out of the country but now it is too late. What about a permanent residency visa? Thank you very much for your advice. Frederic

The Thai husband of a foreigner died while she was away from Thailand with kids on a trip. The children are Thai citizens and currently abroad. How does the death of a spouse affect the marriage visa? Especially with kids?
