You must pass thru immigration control before midnight on the 3rd, if you fly out at say 2 in the morning no problem, but you must clear immigration before 23:59 hours on the 3rd.

It is only available to people aged 50 or more, you cannot apply if you are under 50.

no, but has to be in your bank two months before the extension day, and it is recommended to leave it there during your under consideration period. When you go back to get your stamp for the remaining 11 months, you can if you want take all of the money out, as long as the 400k is back in two months before the next yearly extension. The 400,000 baht must be seasoned 2 months before you apply for your extension. Most immigration offices will only accept the monthly income of 40,000 baht if you are working inside Thailand. It is best to ask your local immigration office what they will accept
