Hi everyone, I’ve been on a Non-B visa continuously for the past 3 years. My contract just ended, so I need to exit Thailand and re-enter on visa-exempt to pack my things and finish my move. If I leave and come back the next day (by air), will immigration see any issue with this?

I have my retirement visa. I am going to travel out of Thailand for the first time. Do I need to do anything special at the airport before I travel so I can re-enter Thailand?

Topic: Transfer from old to new passport + 90 days

Good evening ladies and gents,

* I recently (Friday 8 March) transferred my visa extension from my old passport to my new passport at Chaengwattana Immigration.

* I got told to head to my local immigration in April with the TM47 document to renew my 90 days.

*My days 90 expires on 16 April.

My eventual problem:

* I am flying out on Sun 7 April and returning to Thailand on Fri 19 April.

My questions:

* Do I need to head to my local immigration before flying?

* What is the correct procedure to do this?

* How to avoid penalties?

I know it is maximum 14 days prior or 7 days after due date but feel like this process might be slightly different from what I am used to. I feel like I might have to go twice. Once before flying, and once after flying. Or is this not necessary? I don't wanna end up paying a 2k fine.

Thank you in advance for your wise and helpful comments!

Hello,

I am getting my Non Imm ED visa on the 21st of September however I’m flying to Bali on the 23rd of September for a family reunion.

Can I definitely get a re-entry permit on that visa?

As I have heard that you can only get a reentry permit on the extension of stay stamps

Hi pls i need your advice, I'm on my 30day-consideration for my non-b yearly extension, the immigration stamped my passport to go back on

30 June '17.

But I need to travel out of thailand between 23-27 of June

Would I be able to return w/o any trouble? I will have a single re-entry permit before i fly out.

I'm worried maybe they will void/cancel everything and need to start all over again getting a non-b visa.

Thanks in advance
