if she's Thai then just go for Non(O) based on retirement for yourself. You need to do your own research wrt the details etc. Information gained on here maybe incorrect due to various things such as provinces etc. In my honest opinion, come out on 60 VISA and speak to agent. Let them set you up for Non(O) based on retirement. Reason why I say Non(O) based on retirement is because of a couple of things.

1: if it all goes south (God forbid) then you don't have to worry about changing from Non(O) based on marriage to Non(O) based on retirement. I'm sorry if this sounds negative, but I'm basing this on information gained from very close friends and not my own personal experiences

In my opinion, if you both over the age of 50 then go for Non (O) based on retirement. Obviously you need to drill down for the requirements etc. But, it's a lot cheaper than the elite visa when you get it all set up and running etc
