Brandon Thurkettle Hope you don't mind me asking a question, but you seem to be the fountain of all knowledge wrt visas etc.
My gf has an aquantaince from Japan. She has had couple of overstays now, albeit a few days on each occasions (×3). At what point do you think immigration will say that she's a constant offender and ban her from entering Thailand? MTIA
TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around concerns of an acquaintance from Japan who has had multiple overstays in Thailand. The main question is about the potential for being banned from re-entering the country due to these overstays. Comments clarify that, under current immigration rules, overstaying by a few days does not automatically lead to a ban, and it generally takes a significant overstay (over 90 days) or being caught while overstaying to invoke immigration action. However, there are hints that overstaying could affect future visa applications and immigration status in other regions.
