If I travel for initial 3 months and exit Thailand and if I re enter after 1 month so I would can stay for next 3 months - or 6 months i.e my counter of stay will start from 0 or 3 months?

drop a mail to Thai embassy and ask Checklist of all documents at once.

Otherwise lot of to and fro will happen.

Because no where its mentioned that DTV require guarntee letter
