Has anyone applied for LTR visa in the group and got approved?

In my case I meet the criteria of Highly skilled professional.

Its just its my 3rd company in last 2 years.

So little concerned.

If you have any questions about the LTR you should contact the BOI directly. They are very responsive to questions and they are the ones who make all the decisions about the applications.

Or you can just apply as it's free to apply and you won't have to pay anything until you're actually approved and getting your visa.

I have quick question

If u have idea.

I am on DTV and staying from last 3 months in Thailand.

I see for LTR there is need of police clearance certificate and previous employment letter notarized

In my case can Thai police give me clearance certificate and can i get documents notarized in Thailand only?

Or i have to get it done from my home country?

police clearance is not a requirement for most people. It's only upon request and I've never heard of them actually requesting it from anyone.

One more thing which is tricky

I was working in Dubai and it doesn't have taxes.

So i don't have ITR proof from Dubai

But i have bank statements showing salary greater then 80k?

Will that work. Pls suggest 🙏

I don't know. You'd have to ask the BOI as they decide where they'll accept or won't accept.
