Sometimes it's a long wait ,but they do answer .

I will buy the multiple entry because I go for 5 months and they could easily change their minds and go back to 30 days .

But

They can see I go home every year for 7 months and I am not scamming the system

Buy anything for at least a year .

You don't understand anything yet .

You value things compared to home

You have no idea of Thai laws etc .

What you want when you go will be dramatically different than after a year .

Rent for two years at least
