because in the first few weeks you arrive you have many other things to worry about let alone going to immigration 3 times because u filled a form in blue pen not black etc.

I found my first time an agent was excellent drop off and zero hassle answer.

You rent condo then have a TM30 - your own country lic and idp and you can do via agent or yourself. once have TM30 + licence can buy and get paperwork from seller then take green book to the traffic auth and put into your name. If buy from a shop they usually do for you for a small fee

yet a sandbox guy posted live video last week showing walking 4km before finding even a restaurant open... even here in pattaya I'd advise everyone not to bother as nothing is operating or open for tourists
