 clock starts when you are stamped in with your rentry permit.

Last year I used a hotel receipt in buriram even though I'm living in Bangkok. It was accepted at immi chang stadium

 you should be ok but really go to the immi centre where you live and ask. You have plenty of time to arrange as when you enter the 90 day clock starts ticking again. Or did you go back to your home?
