In my case no copies were needed. Did the first transfer in a province and was free. Did the 2nd time in another province and they charged 300 Baht. Just bring everything with you and the copies too so if they ask, you can give them.
My husband has a large empty land in Chiang Mai near one of the Central Plaza shopping malls and several lands in other provinces. He doesn’t do anything there. He always offers win-win deals to Thais even for 10 Baht per month but they all have their own lands and houses and they don’t want 😁😁 Have no idea how foreigners can rent from him. Any price is better than leaving them empty. We are too lazy to do any business there because we like living in “ban nock” (rural area), travel quite often and we earn enough from the main property in Phitsanulok.
, thanks for the info. Sometimes we feel offensive about some words. Sometimes we don’t. I still feel hilarious to be called alien (kon tang dawo). They seem don’t like me to change my citizenship to a Thai. Submitted the documents years ago at the provincial police office and they didn’t take/receive/keep my application which meant a no. But I’m still ok. I can still live here if I want 👍
, you’re right. The whole thing means the police needs to know where you stay or live. So when you check in, the hotel staff or house owner has 24 hours to send the TM.30 over the internet or from an App.
, they need to report that a foreigner stays in their property. Doesn’t matter how long you stay. They must do that within 24 hours counting from the time you check in.
