Hi, about 2 weeks ago I went to live as a guest of my thai gf who has an apartment for rent in her name. I already have a TM30 of the previous room whose contract in my name it expired a few days ago, and I forgot to ask for new TM30. If I request a new TM 30 in my girlfriend's room how could immigration know the exact date I moved? It can be an issue if I declare I moved the same day? to avoid fine for late? or are they asking some kind of proofs about the real date? thanks

Hi Folks, i haven't left TH since end of 2019 but now seems i will start business travels again soon. What's the deal with TM30 nowadays? Do i still have to report TM30 together with the Landlord at the immigration office every time i come back to TH? Also moving from Samut Prakan to BKK City soon not sure if that makes any difference.

Thanks

If you extend your yearly Non-Imm 'O' visa extension based on half-Thai kids in one part of the country, can you subsequently move to another province to work, if the opportunity arises, without having to change this visa extension?

Thanks in advance. :)

Tm30. When I leave my province, does my existing landlord have to file tm30 to say I’m leaving. Or is it only the responsibility of the new host to file my tm30 arrival? Thank you.
