thanks. Sorry i just saw your message. I wasn’t getting the notification. That clarifies it for me; turn in documents, 30-day stamp, go back and get the yearly stamp. I guess they only stamp you in for 30 days to visit your house and check the marriage is legit.
no I'm not, I've been on a Non B for about two or three years so I was wondering what the process was for changing to Non O based on marriage. I'm assuming you can still work on a Non O (based on marriage)?
I'm in Thailand now. I'm currently on a Non-B visa.
So, to clarify, it needs to be seasoned for TWO MONTHS prior to application. And then, if approved, is the marriage visa given for 1 year? Or is it given for 3 months and then go back and get the one year (similar to how Non B works).
