I'm getting the "contact Immigration office" message when I do my 90 days report.
Skimming past posts, it seems that when the system was down for a few weeks, if you got an update then it wasn't updated in the system. Is that still the case?
Please let me know any recent experiences. Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing a 'contact Immigration office' message during their 90-day report submission, likely due to past system downtime that affected the updating of extensions and reports. Community responses confirm similar issues experienced by others during the system outage, with mixed results in successfully submitting reports afterward. Suggestions include checking with different browsers.

I managed to do mine online OK this week, after doing a new extension of stay early in the year and a 90 day report in person while the website was down. Lucky I guess.
That is what appears to be happening, anyone that got an extension OR did a 90 day report during the time the system was down seems to get the "for further information blah-blah-blah" error when you enter the CAPTCHA number.
