Follow up Tm30 question. My Thai wife has submitted my Tm30 online. Nothing was showing online and so we rang the immigration helpline. They said we have to wait for it to process which doesn't make sense if it's supposed to be automated. Alot of information around documents required seems to be state having a rental agreement, which obviously living with my wife we don't have. If we decide to go into immigration either together or by myself; how do I get around the not having a rental agreement part? I'm waiting for the TM30 to process so I can do my 90-day report so need a quick fix on this. I have hear posting in Tm30 takes weeks to process, is that right? Any advice or recommendations/suggestions appreciated.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice regarding their TM30 submission process since it has not yet been processed online. They mention their Thai wife submitted the TM30, but there has been no status update, leading to confusion about the automated system. The user highlights a lack of a rental agreement as they live with their wife and is looking for guidance on how to proceed with the TM30 filing either in person or online while needing to complete their 90-day reporting. The comments offer suggestions to check the online status, advise bringing necessary documents (like the house book and marriage certificate) to the immigration office, and note possible fines for late filing.

In short, they wanted my girlfriend's rental agreement with her landlord and then for her to declare I was staying with her.

NB, keep the document size you are submitting online below 1MB. Convert multiple JPEG images to a single pdf and then submit that online.

If you want to file in person, have your wife take the house book, her thai i/d and your marriage certificate and slog on over to the immigration office. You shouldn't have any problem filing a TM30 in person at any office you go to. Although they might fine you 800baht for failure to file a TM30 within the prescribed time frame from taking up residence ;)

You are correct, filing a TM30 by mail in Bangkok is taking between 4 and 6 weeks to get the receipt back in the post, SI if your 90 day report is due before that I'd say that method of filing isn't gonna work for you :/

Go into the TM30 website select "check status" and see what you get

who has confirmed that my TM30 is already filed. I was using the search TM30 function which showed my details. Thanks Todd! I can go ahead and file my 90-day now with Tm30 registration in hand. ๐Ÿ™‚

We contacted the immigration officer who contradicted yesterday's advice to "wait" and told us there is NO notification of it being successful and suggested to capture what we see when we log in which is just my details in a Excel row format. My concern is that the 90-day officer won't accept a screenshot of the information. ๐Ÿ˜•

when we log in using our log in details it doesn't show this screen. Are you able to confirm if there's another version of this website or is there ONLY one website? Specifically, we can only see these details:

IF you already got your log in and temp password you're approved to use the system.

yes the page in my photo is the page prior to log in. I can't see a 'Check Status' page and that's clicking from the Immigration homepage. Do you have a link for the page on your photo?

also check your spam email folder for their confirm this email response.

I think you are confusing APPLYING to USE the online system (where you upload documents, they send you a confirmation email and then a user name/temp password) with actually FILING a TM30 with the online program or mobile application once you're approved to use it.
