In 10 years in dealing with visa I have never seen a Thai visa from the Royal Thai Embassy in Portugal, so I guess it is very uncommon for them to issue them, hence they might have some unusual request. If you can not secure one you can still come here to get 30 day visa exempt and get a 30 day extension.

it should say ON/BEFORE, means it is OK to enter on the same day, before midnight.

If you Israeli, you are banned from entering Malaysia and as other member said already it is not possible to switch nationality at land border. However you can fly and enter other country with your other passport, apply for visa and reenter Thailand. The law only forbids to be in the country with two "stamped" passport....

you could do a 30 day visa exempt entry, than an 30 day extension. If near a border you can do a border bounce to get another 30 days. Total time 90 days. Or get a SETV 60 days and do a 30 day extension, also 90 days.

If you are on a multiple entry you have to leave every 90 days. If you are a multiple reentry than do a 90 day report 90 days upon your last return.

The Topic has run it's course. Comments off. There are professional companies that do such runs from Phuket to Malaysia. From Samui to Penang. From Pattaya to Laos. From Bangkok to Laos and from Chiang Mai to Laos.
