guys just double checking as i tend to fuck up my reportings😂 i am supposed to do 90day reporting on 15th of august (according to the note in my passport) i left thailand 16-29june. am i right to go for reporting on 29 september? Thanks 😬

, don't confuse some immigration offices rabid and over the top view of that TM.30 form with doing a 90 day report.

In Bangkok (and indeed quite a few areas) the immigration office doesn't care in the least if you or your landlord ever filed a TM.30. The same cannot be said for other areas and other immigration offices though..

I know a guy not far from here on a retirement visa who lives here but visited the UK. The next day after he landed he had an afternoon visit from immigration to check he was living where he stated on his TM6 so thats why maybe.

Legally the landlord, house owner has to report you within 24 hours after arrival. If you stay at f.e. hotel they will report you, thats the reason why they ask copy of passport. If you stay in private house, it must be the landlord or owner or yourself.

Maybe it depends on what Immigration office you are at. Some enforce the law, others do not. Best to be smart...

My understanding is if the TM6 landing card is filled in correctly that you dont have too.

All depends on a lot. What sort of visa? And did you get a re entry permit? Otherwise.... ?

If you are on a multiple entry you have to leave every 90 days. If you are a multiple reentry than do a 90 day report 90 days upon your last return.

Multiple entry = 90 days from your stamp in date.

Yes but It will be just before the 29th as its 90 days not three months but you get 7 days grace on this also. The 90 day resets from the day you enter the country.
