TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses various questions about the tow mounts visa and the rules for exiting Thailand. Key points include the application process in neighbouring countries like Laos or Cambodia, the minimum time required to be out of Thailand, visa entry requirements, and the rules surrounding the use of two passports at border crossings. Responses clarify that one must apply at a Thai consulate for a visa, that exits can be made by air or land, and that showing the entrance stamp is necessary when leaving Thailand.

If you Israeli, you are banned from entering Malaysia and as other member said already it is not possible to switch nationality at land border. However you can fly and enter other country with your other passport, apply for visa and reenter Thailand. The law only forbids to be in the country with two "stamped" passport....

, you cannot change passports at a land border crossing. :/ Meaning you can't exit thailand on one, stamp into another country on the other.

You only can change passports when flying into another country.

Without knowing peoples nationality is always pretty difficult to give good advice but if you are an Israeli national, you will not be able to go to Malaysia.

No you can't. The only way to "switch" passport is if you fly in to a country but if you come in by land, you can not switch Passport between the borders.

I know, but I have also German passport.. but without the entrance stamp into Thailand.. my question is if I can get out from Thailand with the German passport? And if I can get into Malaysia with out a out stamp from Thailand?

1. If you want to apply for a Thailand Single Entry Tourist Visa (60 days) you have to apply at a Thai Consulate or Embassy. 2. 1 day for Visa application, next working day to pick up as minimum. 3. No, you can come by air, any land or sea border. 4. You have to handover your passport, stamp will be inside. 5. By land crossings yes, not by air.
