actually I tried to fill it in on my second day , May 12 ,but after trying to fill in a couple of times , it still had no response or no sign of completion ! no idea what I had been doing !got fed up n logged out!

Actually I tried to do it online many times on my second day but got fed up with the system ! I didn't know what I had been doing, let alone whether it was successful or not!

One more question , how can I gain a multiple ~reentry as I may wanna leave Thailand for a couple of days a few months later?
