TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on two points regarding immigration reporting in Thailand. They want to know if they need to submit a TM30 report every 90 days while living in the same place and if they can report their TM47 online after re-entering Thailand. Responses indicate that a TM30 report is only required upon arrival at a new address and not periodically. Additionally, TM47 can be reported online within a specific timeframe surrounding the 90-day reporting date.

1) do I need to report tm30 every 90 days if I m living in the same place all the way?

-> No. TM30 is supposed to be submitted only when you arrive at that address. No need to report periodically.

2) am I able to report tm 47 online if I re-enter Thailand?

Yes, you are. Report 90 days (TM47) online 15 days before your 89th day (or 90th day from the day you entered as day 1) from your last entry in Thailand, then you have enough time to re-try even if your report was rejected for some reason. If that didn't go through, you still have time to do it in person at your immigration office.

90days report windows are:

- Online: 15 days before until the due date

- At the local immigration office: 15 days before until 7 days after the due date
