hi everybody, I entered Thailand in mid May last year with a 1-yr retirement visa n left Thailand in mid March this year for a few days n entered Thailand with another extension of my retirement visa at the airport. upon arrival, I did tm 30 n that was where I hv been living in bkk all the time since mid May last yr. 3 months flies n this is almost time to report tm 47. my questions r 1) do I need to report tm30 every 90 days if I m living in the same place all the way?
2) am I able to report tm 47 online if I re- enter Thailand ?(for the last 3 times of tm 47 before i left n re-entered Thailand in mid march this yr, i did it online) Thank you for reading my post n more thanks for your reply.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on two points regarding immigration reporting in Thailand. They want to know if they need to submit a TM30 report every 90 days while living in the same place and if they can report their TM47 online after re-entering Thailand. Responses indicate that a TM30 report is only required upon arrival at a new address and not periodically. Additionally, TM47 can be reported online within a specific timeframe surrounding the 90-day reporting date.
