hi good morning from bkk.

I have a question about filling in tm 7 n 8.

in tm 7 (application for extension), the blank 'Arrived by.....from....'

should I write my most recent trip coming back to bkk from other cities or my home city that I applied for my non immigrant oa visa but that was not my most recent trip?

Likewise, in tm 8 (application for re-entry visa), on pg 2, the blank ' i arrived in Thailand on....date...'

Should I write my most recent trip back to bkk or the date I left my home city after obtaining the visa?

Thanks for your time.

TLDR : Answer Summary
In filling out TM7 (application for extension) and TM8 (application for re-entry visa), you should always write the date of your most recent arrival in Thailand. This applies to both forms, regardless of whether it was your latest trip or the trip from your home city after obtaining your visa.

this comes up quite a bit

On BOTH of those forms you always list the most recent arrival date to thailand.

So what ever date your most recent entry stamp is dated is the date you use on them
