hi members,

I have been trying to do 90days report online but my 4th attempt was rejected. The reason they quoted was incorrect entry date/incorrect visa expiry date. I came back to bkk on Feb 6 2024 and the extension of my visa expires in Feb 25 2025 coz my retirement visa expired last year. I suppose I should enter Feb 25 2025 for the visa expiry date

am I correct?

if I wanna try to do the 90 days report online, what is the last day I can do it online?

thanks for your time.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing issues with online submission of their 90-day report due to incorrect entry and visa expiry dates. They seek clarification on whether the correct expiry date for their extension should be entered as February 25, 2025, and inquire about the latest date for online submission. Community members respond by confirming the correct expiry date and providing timeline details for the 90-day report submission.

we have seen a LOT of rejections since they did an upgrade to the system although a few people just kept applying over and over and after 4 rejections they got approved 😮

There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to it

The system

Is really temperamental at the moment , I got rejected because apparently my retirement visa wasn’t subject to 90 day reports !

not telling ya how to boil eggs but you did put the dates on your arrival stamp and not your extention dates
Tod *********
Yep you put in Feb 25, 2025 as the date your current "visa" (extension) expires

If you entered on Feb 6th your 90 day report is due May 5th

You can apply online from April 21 down until the due date.

You put the most RECENT entry date you have to the country in the Arrival Date in thailand box,

and

you put when your current extension expires in the visa expiration date box

I had exactly the same experience online twice recently, went to immigration in the end. I’ve been doing online 90 day reporting for a few years now and the first time this has happened.
