However I just received a reminder from the immigration department that I need to do my tm 47 before May 3. well, in this case, what should I do? anyone has come across a similar situation ? advice please. TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is confused about a TM47 deadline reminder from the immigration department stating it is due before May 3, despite their last entry into Thailand in mid-March, which should mean their next report is due in mid-June. Responses clarify that the 90-day reporting system does not connect to entry logs and reminders are based on previous reports, not current visa status.

Just FYI. 90 days system is not really linked to your entry logs. The system sends you a notification automatically 90 days (actually 74 days) later.

Check the notification email. it says "Reference No: TM47-xx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx". <- This is your last online report number, not your entry history.

okay the ONLINE 90 day report system sends out emails based on the last 90 day report you made online.

It doesn't take into consideration you might have exited/re-entered the country.

It's not tied into the entry/exit database.

Your next 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you stamped back into the country this last time, so do the math, and ignore this email ๐Ÿ™‚

nope that is a computer generated email, no real person is even involved with it, and it's set up to get sent to you automatically based on your previous online 90 day report date

you're fine, don't worry,
