apologize if the following questions have been asked before!

I entered Thailand with a 1 yr retirement visa on May 11th and I believe I m gonna do my 1st 90days report very soon.

1) is there a range of days I can do my 90 days report?

2) what documents do I need when doing the 90 days report ?

3) does the Immigration office accept online booking for an appointment ? if so, any links?

4) I live in bangna area, which Immigration office should I attend?

5) or alternatively , could I do my 1st 90 days report online ?

Sorry for taking your time and thank you so much for your advice !

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the 90-day reporting process for their retirement visa in Thailand, specifically asking about the timeframe for reporting, necessary documents, appointment booking, the appropriate immigration office in Bang Na, and the possibility of online reporting. Key responses indicated that reports can be filed from 15 days before to 7 days after the due date at the office or online, and only a passport is typically needed, though some offices may require a TM30 receipt. For appointment bookings, some offices allow online scheduling. Depending on the exact location in Bang Na, the user may need to attend either the Bangkok or Samut Prakan Immigration Office. Online reporting is also possible with some trial and error.

1) 90days report windows are:

- At the local immigration office: 15 days before until 7 days after the due date

- Online: 15 days before until the due date

- By legacy mail (EMS from Thailand Post): post stamped at least 15 days before the due date

2) you need only your passport, but if you go to the Immigration office in person, you need a TM30 receipt at many offices including Bangkok

3) Some accept online booking for 90 days report, some don't.

Go "online appoint" from here

4) Just 'Bang Na area' cannot specify the office. Check your exact address. If it's the Bang Na district in Bangkok, you are going to Chaengwattna immigration main office. If your address has Samut Prakan, you go to Samut Prakan Immigration Office.

5) You can try online reporting first. You can try a few times online even if rejected, and you still have time for reporting in person at the immigration office. Now, since a couple of months ago, the system is giving you a bit more specific reason for rejection, so you can try to fix that part and re-try. If still a no-go, you can go in person.

(The system has kept being improved bit by bit. A while ago, the system gave you this kind of message, "For further information, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area", always in the rejecting notification mail. (<- no way to find what's wrong, you needed to do try-n-error blindly).)

@Paul *****
, As I said, check your EXACT registered address. You need to do at the office that serves your registered address.

TM30 is just registering system. Go back to the system search the record, then get the screen capture from the system and print it out. It's one of the lower two as attached.

You can go to 90 days reporting from the same link. Choose TM47. Or this link.
