he has multi entry visa. So has to leave every 3 months. Had he got a single entry type 0 he would be on 90 day reporting..

careful . I got pulled up a few years ago by Immigration and was warned that entry would be denied if I did not get the proper visa. He said how many times you come? Then issued the warning.

so can it work this way.

if the owner shares the password you could enter the details into the online system on behalf of the owner.

This way the owner would not be inconvenienced every time you go away for a week end????
