 wow . It reads to me that he can stay from 2023 to 2025. That would be a one year overstay at best . Yes. He gets at least one year.

I don't know if they would hit you with overstay when the stamp sais he can stay. Its not his mistake.

Henrik JN sometimes the experts on this site belittle humiliate and demean others. It can be a mean site at times. I think Stuart is referring to this. I just had a long dialogue about this.

Could you point me in the right direction for the online TM 30. We are still physically going to the immigration office every time we return from staying in a hotel. I live in my wife's house. I think you explained the 0 visa thing quite well. That's why I am asking about TM 30.

 he has multi entry visa. So has to leave every 3 months. Had he got a single entry type 0 he would be on 90 day reporting..

Don't ask me to explain why the difference. It is what it is.
