Yes you can. You can obtain a non-O 90-day visa from an immigration office, which then cancels your 60-day visa exempt entry. There is no requirement to leave the country

Seems I have more of a clue than what you do. Bangkok Bank hasn't changed anything, it's simply how Wise routes the payment. My transfers show as international. If for any reason it shows as domestic you simply get the international transfer advice form from the bank to whom the payment was sent. I know others who have done this. Some people find solutions, others like yourself prefer to simply complain.
