My passport got wet and I had to change it. I think it took few days to get a temporary one ( white passport ). But it was expensive.

I think if you talk to the Canada embassy they have solution for you. This happened to a lot of people.

Yes , grey zone is always illegal . I just wanted to share him that there is a grey zone in Thailand for work . Like prostitution , its a grey zone and I think the whole Thailand is a grey zone actually .

A LOT of foreigner start working here without permit. Some company want a probation period. I see this as a grey zone.

Its strange how every consulate have different rules.

I wish they not do that restriction every where...And anyway , in my opinion rules are important but a lot of foreigner here are teacher and spend there salary in the country. Blocking there acces will be an education waste and economicly too.
