ok thanks. I think I will just leave it now as it's all done and I was only following there advice . All I was told I needed to do was make the application 15days before TR expiry which I did . But they have chosen a day 30 from the expiry of TR as my appointment to return 😎🙏

It was actually the last time I was there getting extension I was told to come back on /17 June for stamp , first time they just said come back from extension if you don't hear from us before 🙏😎

but they told me to get a Covid19 extension . I was well in the 15 day time frame , but they said the date we have for you is 17 June . If I don't hear from them before return on that date .

Not sure what you mean stamp you on for extra period? I didn't get any stamp in my passport at all just a receipt for the 2000 baht . I was told that if I didn't hear from them before the 18th may ( final day of TR visa) to return for a Covid19 extension . Which I have done .

only that I am still waiting for them to turn up and don't want to miss them. It was more trying to understand why you have to have 15 days left on your visa is it's not related to the time span in getting a new one.

It would have a impact on me if I am was unsuccessful and only found that out on the 17 th June meaning I would of overstayed 29 days .

Hi ,I am a bit confused about this . I applied for non o retirement on 25 may . Told I would receive a home visit from immigration . Nobody has been yet . I was also told to return to immigration on the 17 th June for the stamp . So is there normally 30 days from application to receiving the visa stamp ? If so what is the reason you have to apply for the non O with 15 days left on a tourist visa ?
