Extension office in Samut Sakhon. Address in TM30 is Rama2 Bangkok, so where to apply retirement extension?

Conversion to extension of stay can be done at the same immigration office where work visa is at on the same day right? It does not have to goto CW.

But the change over to retirement application can only be submitted after the cancellation not earlier. So the only time frame is on the same day, just preparing all the docs earlier.
