Thailand doesn't tax on worldwide income. (Yet) Only remittance. If you don't bring it into Thailand, you don't pay tax.

View Talay 6. It’s the only building I buy into. Just personal preference.

Thai people don’t usually like buying condos, which means there is always an abundance of the 51% Thai quoter sitting empty. Example. The condo where I live foreign ownership will cost you around 4 million Baht starting. If you went to Thai ownership, you would save at least 1 million Baht. It is almost impossible to fill the 51% Thai quoter in condos.

If you already have a Thai wife, you are screwed anyway. Might as well save a heap of money and buy in Thai name.

If you already have a Thai wife. Why not buy in Thai name. Thai name condos can be millions cheaper than foreign name.

The bottom section. It’s confusing but the amnesty for 90 day report ended 31 August.

You needed to do 90 day report before the 1st of September. Go in there as soon as you can and just play dumb. They may fine you 500 Baht, but it’s better to deal with it sooner than later.
