Dear Expats, If i buy a condo in Thailand, does Thailand report back to my home country that i own a condo here?
Has anyone here done an Investment Visa by buying a condo for 10 million baht ? If so please share your experience
And everything else question: I was told by a realtor that I can buy a condo under a foreign name without being in Thailand. Have anyone tried that?
