But , it's no Pattaya ..

Come on ..I live here mate , I have a holiday Condo in Bang Saray..

HH V Pattaya , are chalk and cheese mate , we have our Nik name for reason , it's one of the most expensive places in Thailand ..

But for me , I don't need bars , I'm very happy in HH , for multiple reasons .

Neil Hua Hin has its Nik names for a reason , little doubt ..Pattaya is cheaper and has more to offer ..

But , I live in HH and have done for 7 years .

No doubt wine is vastly cheaper in Australia and BYO , I could go any places for 2 for $60 plus my Dan's wine .

That being said I have lived in HH 7 years , and my rent for a small house is around 10.5 k baht a month , always think in baht , exchange rates are exchange rates .

Invest in Australia , maintain tax status and reside in Thailand if you are healthy, which I am .

The real cost of 800k per annum is 88k per annum on the bottom , Thai banks are stable enough that's reasonable , but it's pretty logical the not pass up the 88k , if you have even a remote idea of what you are doing .

In the current environment I get vastly better returns on that capital figure elsewhere , and yes It well and truly have the funds , but the answer is extremely obvious .

Use an agent , a good agent , forget all the other rubbish this is the most cost effective way to do it
