wicked. So helpful. Im aware of most of the rules, just getting things in the right order within the right time. This is easy to do. I can get my condo address and lease sorted in the first few days. I've got a condo rental chap ready to meet me when I get there. Many thanks.

Im looking at around £120 a month. Age 66-69 the saving grace is i no longer pay council tax which was £144 a month 😆

That's basic hospital care in case I get hit bt a tuk tuk or fall over cos I'm too busy looking at my phone

Merge documents with Google documents. Stay away from online free pdf merge websites. They're scams. YT Google docs videos and learn how to do it.

I had to combine three months bank statements.

Don't upload bank statements to free merge websites and give away your details.

Trusting Google is bad enough but at least it is free
