on their website says the pass is phuket sandbox but I want to stay in Bangkok or pattaya is this possible ? And is hotel and pcr included in the package or do I book that separately cheers

i spoke to lumar insurance and the pass is an online form not an app like on ya phone I asked about the app and the woman didn't know about it
