Yes. You can do that. But You should rather to do it in the taxi on the way to the airport.

I saw many people doing it on the arrivals though, there are kiosks.

 Bro FYI, KYC is not an Indian term.

I have seen it at places like Binance, Stripe, PayPal, Citi Bank, JP Morgan. Just to name a few.
