final destination is perhaps back at the Airport. Not everyone visiting Thailand goes to Phuket, or Pattaya, or Bangkok and stays there for the full length of their holiday (assuming they're on holiday). They might be travelling to a few areas of Thailand and may run into the same problem of finding English speaking Thais 🤷🏼

it would be helpful if you mentioned whether you're looking for health insurance for a holiday, or living long term in Thailand. That way others can be more specific in their advice and you don't have to wade through a lot of comments that aren't what you're looking for.

6 months out of nine and a half months... That's probably the reason you were told to get a visa next time... it seems like you are maybe trying to live in Thailand without a long term visa
