TLDR : Answer Summary
Many expats report that it is very easy to obtain high blood pressure medications in Thailand. Most pharmacies offer a wide range of medications over-the-counter (OTC), including common prescriptions like Losartan, Amlodipine, and Ramipril, often without the need for a doctor's prescription. There are numerous accounts of expats successfully purchasing these medications without difficulty.

NO PROBLEM.

You will be amazed at just what medications you can buy over the counter.

No questions, no prescriptions, no awkward questions.

I have MANY pre existing conditions over here and I can buy All my medications over the counter, but I usually get 4 months supply of everything from our local Hospital, because it's much cheaper.

I hope that puts your mind at ease.

Very easy, you can get nearly everything without prescription in a pharmacy. As for your high blood pressure avoid the sexy girls and take candesartan or amlodipin after meal.๐Ÿ™

definitely... I was listening to talkback radio here in Oz, while in my car this evening. They had a health segment, which was mostly focused on women's health post menopause, but mentioned that having sex when older, reduces risk of heart attack by thirty percent (scientific fact).

Pharmacies have most of these. But might depend on what your Dr prescribed. I could get Losartan and Amlodpine
