you have 90 days to arrive in Thailand from the day your visa is approved. Whether you arrive 1 day or 89 days after it is approved…you will then get stamped into Thailand for 90 days on arrival.brandon was really clear.

The 800k must stay in the account for the first year with qualifications but the 65k monthly deposits every month is your living expenses and free to do what you want with that.

after the one year extension for both of them and let’s say they pull out their 800,000 baht…they would both/each have to show baht incoming monthly, right? She said she is working, he has no income. Possibly he could show the baht monthly income from a pension. But both must show it?

you do not comprehend English well? The visa application ask for a flight number and accommodation. I ask advice what to put here when obviously I have not reserved these items because I have not been approved for the visa and do not know when I will travel yet. First timer trying this. Does that make sense to you now?

sage advice not to be stuck using an agent forever. I’m reapplying for my non-immigrant O retirement visa from USA. Ready to pay and submit. The application does say to provide proof of at least 800,000 baht OR baht. I can easily supply my 3 plus months of funds in my checking account. Is this enough or do they want to see the baht from a pension plan as well? I understand OR. But do the evisa deciders actually go by OR? Is the 3 months of bank statements enough to satisfy them? Thanks!

sure have several hundred thousand. USD. So funds aren’t an issue. And all supporting documents. Sent my application a couple hours ago. So just waiting on Thai government now. I never asked if they would issue me a visa or not. So confused about your statement.
