I’ll take a hit on it of course. Only getting 70% but can get it starting at 62. I’m not waiting years later just to get a few hundred more. I could be dead before then!

Gordon Howes not yet but that is the plan in September. Chaing rai and chaing mai area. Maybe a trip near the Laos border. I’ve done bkk and hua hin. And your type of town is exactly what I’m interested in. Quiet, peaceful.
