Go to the legitimate Thai website and apply for the proper visa that will allow you to move to Thailand. Are you over 50? Then apply for the non-O retirement visa. NOT the non-OA. Let me repeat…

DO NOT APPLY FOR THE NON-OA.

The non-OA requires the background check.
