glad you found it. I think a lot of people probably come off at the exit before which is about 1km before the one I mentioned.

Yes it's in the central Bureau of Investigation grounds. I come off at the exit as you pass the side of Impact Arena. As soon as you exit the toll booth, immediately turn right at the lights and then after turning, 150 yards on the left side there is an entrance into the grounds of Bureau of Investigation.
