Can I hold multiple Thai Passes, or will my existing pass be canceled if I apply for a new one?

ORIGINAL POSTER
I have a Thai Pass for arriving back to Thailand 6th Jan but thinking of coming back earlier. If I apply for a new Thai Pass will my already approved pass for the 6th still be valid in case I have any issues not being approved in time for an earlier date? I presume it wont be cancelled and it is possible to hold multiple passes but I just want to check in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original Thai Pass will become void once a new application is submitted. If you need to travel on a different date, you must apply for a new Thai Pass, which means the earlier approved pass may no longer be valid.

First one will become void when you apply again. If you want to travel on a different day then you will have to apply again.
